The second, Becoming a Career and Technical Education Teacher, Meeting the Challenges of the First Few Years, supports new teachers in those early, formative years of being a teacher.

Becoming a CTE Teacher Induction Plan
Interested in upskilling your induction plan and giving your new teachers the foundational skills they need to become an effective teacher?
A companion product to Becoming a Career and Technical Education Teacher (BCTET), the induction plan is a multi-year, on-line program teachers can access on their own schedule, offering flexibility and active participation. As a value-added service, we will gladly customize it to include your existing induction plan.
The aim of the BCTET Induction Program is to get your new teachers up to speed on becoming a successful CTE teacher as quickly as possible. The BCTET Induction Program will be available this Fall 2026.
